PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sock which can stabilize initial contact when a foot makes contact with a ground surface.SOLUTION: A sock can be worn on a foot of a wearer and includes a sole part 1 following a bottom part of the foot of the wearer, an instep part 2 following an instep part of the wearer, and a heel part 3 for receiving a heel of the wearer. The heel part 3 includes a body part 31 and a protruding part 32 protruding from the body part 31 to the opposite side relative to the instep part 2. In regard to an area of the protruding part 32 viewed from a direction in which the sole part 1 is superposed on the instep part 2, the area on the outside of the foot of the wearer is larger than the area on the inside of the foot with respect to a center C1 in a width W direction of the sock. |
