PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk medium and an optical disk device for reducing effects on recording of user data while maintaining reliability in detecting address information.SOLUTION: Provided is an optical disk medium capable of recording information in a land and groove and having an address information unit divided in the circumferential direction by a prescribed number, the land or groove having wobbles (401, 402, 403, 404), the address information unit having a shape constituting a basic wobble. The basic wobble is a shape including a waveform component constituting a certain frequency, the address information being formed by the wobbles of the land or groove. The shape of the wobbles of the address information is a shape including a first waveform component and a second waveform component, the frequencies of the first waveform component and second waveform component being different from the frequency of the basic wobble, the first waveform component and second waveform component having a recording area differing in phase. |
