PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to improve operability of transactions and prove stability of a transaction device even when a video image is not properly displayed.SOLUTION: A transaction device of the present invention includes a display unit and displays a screen including a video image on the display unit to perform predetermined transactions, and further includes screen control means for displaying a screen related to transactions on the display unit, video image reproduction means for reproducing a video image on the screen according to instructions from the screen control means, state monitoring means for monitoring an operation state of the video image reproduction means, and transaction continuation means for displaying, when the state monitoring means has found abnormality in the operation of the video image reproduction means, a screen to continue the transactions on the display unit to continue to pursue the transactions. |
