PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of grafting an organic film on a conductive or semiconductive surface by electric reduction of solution.SOLUTION: A solution contains a diazonium salt glycerol and a monomer which has at least one functional group capable of chain polymerization and serves as a precursor of an organic film. In an electrolytic process, a grafted coating is formed on a conductive or semiconductive surface by using at least one procedure which comprises polarizing the surface electrically by applying a variable potential variable over a range of values cathodic relative to the reduction or the peak potential of all the diazonium salts in the solution. |
