<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an escape arrester for preventing escape of a criminal.SOLUTION: An escape arrester 10 comprises: a jet member 20 for rotating around an axis extending in a vertical direction from a storage position to a jet position, and for jetting an agent for preventing escape of a criminal; a spring 22 for applying force to the jet member 20 in a direction rotating to the jet position; a holding part 24 for holding the jet member 20 to the storage position; a container 26 for filling the agent therein; a tube 28 whose one end part is connected to the jet member, and whose the other end part is connected to the container 26; and a feeding part for feeding the agent filled in the container 26 via the tube 28 to the jet member 20 when the holding part 24 releases the jet member 20 held by it.</p> |
