<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure roll configured to improve heat resistance, while maintaining durability.SOLUTION: In a pressure roll 91, a heat-resistant elastic layer 912 includes a plurality of oblate holes 914 each having a major axis oriented in a radial direction of the elastic layer 912. The oblate hole in the elastic layer selects a minor axis and a major axis of the oblate hole according to compressibility of the pressed elastic layer. A ratio B/A between a major axis A and a minor axis B of the oblate hole is 0.7-0.9.</p> |
