The invention relates to an actuating device for selecting shift stages of a vehicle transmission by means of a shift-by-wire actuation. The actuating device (1) has a touchscreen (2) with at least one display section (5) for displaying a selectable shift stage and a touch section (5) for selecting the displayed shift stage. The actuating device (1) is characterized in that the display section and the touch section form a common display and touch section (5), and the touchscreen (2) has an actuating section (6) adjoining the display and touch section (5) for displaying the selected shift stage and is coupled to the display and touch section (5) such that a displayed selectable shift stage can be selected in order to adjust the transmission for a shifting process by passing over the touchscreen (2) so as to contact same from the display and touch section (5) to the actuating section (6). |
