The present invention relates to an electric stimulation system. The electric stimulation system includes: an electrode closely-attached to an object; a power supply device applying power to the electrode; and a control unit for controlling the power applied to the electrode to limit variation or maximum amount of energy that is applied to the electrode when a first area of the electrode is closely-attached to the object and a second area of the electrode is not closely-attached to the object during the electric stimulation of the electrode closely-attached to the object.
