METHOD FOR CONTROLLING FLOW RATE OF LIQUID OR GAS USING DIAPHRAGM VALVE

The present invention relates to a method to control the flow rate of a liquid or a gas using a diaphragm valve which controls the flow of high-temperature liquid or gas since the diaphragm valve is composed of one or more piston grooves, shaft grooves, valve grooves, inlets, and outlets. The method to control the flow rate of liquid or gas using a diaphragm valve comprises: a step of connecting an inlet tube and an outlet tube for a liquid or a gas to an inlet and an outlet of a diaphragm valve; a step of controlling the flow rate of the liquid or the gas flowing through the inlet; a step of comparing the flow measurement value of the flow rate of the liquid or the gas controlled through the diaphragm valve with a target value through a control part; and a step of stopping the operation of a diaphragm valve if the measurement value compared in the control part is identical to the target value, and controlling the diaphragm valve until the measurement value is identical to the target value if the measurement value compared in the control part is not identical to the target value.
