<p>The present invention relates to a power noise monitoring device and a power noise monitoring method, capable of: preventing system malfunction by comparing all frequencies and phases according to internal reference frequencies of a chip and power noises; providing a system with a stable signal by comparing all band power noises according to the reference frequencies; increasing a bandwidth of the power noise monitoring device; removing a dead zone to reduce the power noises of the system due to the increase of the bandwidth of the device; and effectively reducing the power noises inputted into the system by monitoring all band frequencies and phase differences using an area and a symmetry structure of a corresponding block through a relatively simple structure.</p> |
