The present invention relates to a percussion apparatus including: a body coupled to a gun barrel wherein a cartridge case is housed, a strike rod inserted into one side of the body in such a manner to be movable by means of an external force, and a hammer disposed in a hammer accommodation portion formed inside the body in such a manner to be spaced apart from a percussion cap disposed on one side of the cartridge case and adapted to strike the percussion cap if the impact from the strike rod is received thereto, wherein a portion of the hammer not facing the percussion cap is movably formed while maintaining a contacted state with the inner peripheral surface of the hammer accommodation portion to prevent the hammer from locking caused when the pieces generated from the explosion of the percussion cap enter the hammer accommodation portion.
