摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an electro-optical device position output error measurement method. An electro-optical device and a goniometer are eye-aligned, alignment and reference marks are set, the high angle and azimuth of the goniometer are set to 0°, a reference point of the reference mark of a second optical collimator positioned at the center of the image of the goniometer is recorded, the three-dimensional rotation driving device is rotated by a reference angle (a), the goniometer is rotated by -αin the direction opposite to the rotation direction, the high angle or azimuth (b) of the goniometer with respect to the reference point of the reference mark is measured, and the electro-optical device is rotated by -αby the high angle or azimuth (b) measured by the goniometer so as to measure the high angle or azimuth (a) between the current eye center of the electro-optical device and the characteristic point of the electro-optical device and measure the position output error. When the process described above is repeated while differing the reference angle of the three-dimensional rotation driving device, the position output error of the electro-optical device can be measured across the entire section.</p>
