PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for a capacitive transducer, capable of adjusting a potential difference applied between electrodes of a cell with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A capacitive transducer driven by the driving device includes a cell which has a first electrode 102 included in a diaphragm 101 and a second electrode 103 provided facing the first electrode 102 across a gap 105. One of the first electrode 102 and the second electrode 103 of the cell is electrically connected to first DC voltage applying means 201, and the other of the first electrode 102 and the second electrode 103 of the cell is electrically connected to second DC voltage applying means 203. A voltage applied by the second DC voltage applying means 203 is set smaller than that applied by the first DC voltage applying means 201. The voltage applied by the second DC voltage applying means 203 can be changed. |
