PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce printing cost by quickly drying, with inexpensive constitution, paint like ink applied to an inexpensive base material inferior in water absorption.SOLUTION: A drier includes a heat roll 7 rolling in contact with a back face 3b of a roll base paper 3 conveyed and heating the base paper 3 to which ink has been applied, first hot wind blowing means 8 blowing hot wind onto a front face 3a of the roll base paper 3 conveyed in contact with the heat roll 7, and second hot wind blowing means 9 arranged downstream of the first hot wind blowing means 8 in a conveyance direction of the base paper 3 and blowing onto the roll base paper 3 conveyed hot wind higher in the temperature than that from the first hot wind blowing means 8. |
