PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window wiring line member which fixes a terminal to a substrate without using a member such as solder and a conductive adhesive.SOLUTION: A conductive film 58 is provided on a transparent substrate 20 forming a window. The conductive film 58 is electrically connected with conductor wire parts, such as an antenna and a defogger, which are provided on the substrate 20. A terminal 52 includes a plate-like joint part 54 extending along a surface of the substrate 20. The terminal 52 is fixed to the substrate 20 by the joint part 54 being buried in the conductive film 58. A composition of the conductive film 58 is the same as a composition of the conductor wire part.
