PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble an undercover to an upper cover.SOLUTION: A vehicle undercover assembly structure includes an under spoiler 20 which is provided at a rear end of a vehicle and has an extension part 24 extending forward, and an undercover 40 which is provided under a vehicle floor and vertically overlaps with the extension part 24. The extension part 24 of the under spoiler 20 and the undercover 40 are formed with holes 24a, 40a through which a common self-tapping screw 54 is inserted. A recessed part 38 is formed above the extension part 24, which restricts the rearward movement of the undercover 40 by abutting on a rear end of the undercover 40 in a state where the hole 24a of the extension part 24 is aligned with the hole 40a of the undercover 40. |
