PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent food materials being agitated and mixed from falling out of a drum 11 while agitation efficiency of food materials is increased.SOLUTION: A food material agitator executes: a first step of inclining a drum 11 into which food materials are input and inclining a rotational shaft R to a first angle; a second step of rotating the drum 11 until a direction of a rack 12 in which the rack crosses an agitating space becomes perpendicular; a third step of rotating the drum 11 by 90° or more and less than 180° while raising the rotational shaft R from a first angle to a second angle by using the direction of the rack 12 in which the rack crosses an agitating space became perpendicular as a reference; a fourth step of stopping the drum 11 at the second angle for a predetermined time; and a fifth step of inclining the rotational shaft R from the second angle to the first angle while restarting the rotation of the drum 11. |
