PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business activity supporting method capable of determining prospective customers.SOLUTION: To perform business activity, product or service providers need to grasp customer (contractor) information including attribute information such as customers' characters or ages. There is provided a business activity supporting method to make business activity effective which comprises the steps of: determining customers who are highly likely to introduce prospective customers from the attribute information; collecting information from the determined customers; and performing business activity including contact, sales promotion, or publicity for the prospective customers. This business activity supporting method is especially intended for insurance policy purchase. |
