<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant raw material liquid and a drink which are improved effectively in aroma, compared with the undesired hop-originated aroma, and methods related to them.SOLUTION: A second plant raw material liquid is produced by preparing a first plant raw material liquid by using raw materials including the hop raw material without alcoholic fermentation, subjecting the first plant raw material liquid to a bubbling treatment and producing a drink by using the second plant raw material liquid. The gas used in the bubbling treatment is carbon dioxide and/or an inert gas containing practically no oxygen.</p> |
