PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which conventional luminous material starts emitting light stored with light in daytime from evening and almost finishes emitting light in nighttime. ! SOLUTION: A character, a mark, or the like of a luminous material is provided on a passage of light from an electric light source. The surface of the luminous material is covered with Japanese paper or the like having light transmissivity to conceal the character or mark of the luminous material. Therefore, in normal daytime or light emitting of the electric light source, a normal lighting apparatus is used to make the character, the mark, or the like hardly be seen, while the character, the mark, or the like is clearly seen without electricity after the electric light source is turned off in darkness. !
