PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gastric cancer inspection method that is more convenient and has high sensitivity and specificity. ! SOLUTION: A gastric cancer or Helicobacter pylori infection inspection method that has higher sensitivity and specificity than a conventional pepsinogen method, includes: measuring TFF1 and TFF3 concentration in blood serum prepared from blood of a subject, by an immunoassay using an anti-TFF protein antibody.
