PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of ensuring smooth air discharge from within a machine room without closing an exhaust port on a side surface portion of the machine room by a wall or the like in a portion where the refrigerator is installed, and preventing a problem of insufficient cooling of a radiation component in the machine room. ! SOLUTION: A fan is used to ventilate a machine room 5 to cool a compressor and a condenser that are radiation members of a refrigeration cycle. A louver 15 is provided in a portion of an exhaust port 12 in a side surface portion of the machine room 5 so as to secure a space S for radiation laterally of a refrigerator main body 1 and to protrude by a size L1 necessary to secure a passage D of air discharged from the exhaust port 12. !
