摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and improved granulation system in which productivity and a finished product yield of sinter can be improved.SOLUTION: According to a point of view of the present invention, a method of producing sinter using two or more granulation lines is provided and includes: a step in which a first raw material for sintering that includes a first iron ore for sintering and excludes a settling material, a binder that includes at least hydrated lime out of calcium oxide and hydrated lime are granulated in a first granulation line, thereby a hydrated lime-used granulation object is created; a step in which a raw material that includes a second iron ore for sintering, calcium oxide, and a settling material is granulated in a second granulation line, thereby a calcium oxide used-granulation object is created; and a step in which the hydrated lime-used granulation object and the calcium oxide-used granulation object are transported to a sintering machine. In this case, in a condition in which a ratio of a blending raw material fine powder (-0.25 mm) in the first granulation line is at least 67.4 mass%, a range of a digestion rate of the binder that makes a sinter production rate the maximum is defined.</p>
