METHOD, DEVICE, AND SYSTEM FOR NETWORK HANDOVER

Disclosed is a method for network handover. When a request message requesting for circuit-switched fallback (CSFB) is initiated by a UE located in an LTE network, an MME instructs an eNB to move the UE from the LTE network to a 2G or 3G network, and requests an MSC to hand over the UE from the LTE network to a CS domain of the 2G or 3G network. The MME receives a radio access bearer (RAB) transmitted by the MSC, where the RAB is an RAB having a domain identifier of a packet-switched (PS) domain, or, when the RAB is a PS RAB, transmits the RAB to the eNB, thus facilitating the RAB in being transmitted by the eNB to the UE. This allows the UE to be handed over to a PS domain of the 2G or 3G network by means of handover from the LTE network to the CS domain of the 2G or 3G network. The UE is allowed to make a CS domain call when handed over to the PS domain.
