An animal release tool is described herein, where the release tool is for initiating release of a clamped jaw of a dog. The tool includes a vibratable probe connected at a proximate to a handle means and an actuator for selectively operating the vibration of the probe. At least part of the probe is selectively moveably mounted to cause vibration of the distal end of the probe remote from the handle. In use the tool is arranged to communicate a vibrating sensation to the animal on contact of the probe with the animal. |
