The invention relates to a windscreen wiper motor (10), with a housing (11), which comprises a motor housing part (13) and a gear housing part (12), wherein in the housing (11) an armature shaft (25) is arranged which is rotatable in three bearing elements (30, 31, 32), wherein at least one bearing element (30) is arranged in the gear housing part (12), and wherein at least the gear housing part (12) is constructed at least partially as an aluminium pressure die casting. It is provided according to the invention that the motor housing part (13) is constructed as an aluminium pressure die casting, which is connected in one piece with the gear housing part (12), and that on the side of the motor housing part (13) facing away from the gear housing part (12) a bearing cover (35) is arranged, which carries one of the three bearing elements (32), and which is connected with the motor housing part (13), wherein the bearing cover (35) is connected with the motor housing part (13) in the region of a connecting region (37) arranged radially around the longitudinal axis (36) of the armature shaft (25), and wherein the connecting region (37) for the bearing cover (35) and the mountings (44, 45) for the two bearing elements (30, 31) arranged outside the bearing cover (35) are formed in a single manufacturing step.
