<p>The present invention relates to a formulation for solidification of liquid and semi-solid waste, comprising a mixture containing a milled and sieved meta-morphic rock, at least one polyacrylate, a plant fiber and a high molecular weight polymer and has several applications, e.g., in the solidification of industrial, commercial, hospital and household waste, solidification of leachate, solidification and agglutination of diesel fuel, BPF oil and oils derived from oil hydrocarbons, to avoid dust, to retain body fluids in coffins, to retain body fluids in stretchers, hospital beds and wheelchairs, tamponage etc. The present formulation consists of a white, eco-friendly, nontoxic, innocuous, biodegradable and inert powder, which does not damage the soil and the environment.</p> |
