An organic light emitting display device may include: a substrate; an organic light emitting device arranged on the substrate; an encapsulation member sealing the organic light emitting device; a differentiating layer which is arranged on the encapsulation member, and comprises at least one or more refractive films having different refractive indices; a black matrix arranged on the differentiating layer; and a color filter layer arranged on the black matrix. The organic light emitting display device may include a differentiating layer comprising at least one or more low refractive films and at least one or more high refractive films. Therefore, a light emitted from the organic light emitting device is effectively amplified by refractive index difference of the low refractive film and the high refractive film and thus can improve light efficiency of the organic light emitting display device. Also, the light emitted from the organic light emitting device is scattered and reflected by a shape structure of the low refractive film and the high refractive film and thus can improve color shift of the light emitted from the side.
