<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of rice cutlet and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of rice cutlet, which uses rice as a main ingredient and various stuffing to evenly take various nutrients, to contribute the promotion of consumption of rice which is excessively produced in the farm villages, and to increase income of farmers as the rice cutlet is manufactured by using rice as a main ingredient. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of rice cutlet comprises a rice plate preparation step of preparing multiple rice plates manufactured by pressing 15-25 parts by weight of seasoned rice; a stuffing placing step of placing stuffing consisting of 25-35 parts by weight of selected ingredients, 4-12 parts by weight of ham, and 15-25 parts by weight of cheese on any one of rice plates; a rice plate placing step of placing another rice plate on the stuffing; a batter covering step of covering batter by dipping the product having completed the rice plate placing step in whipped eggs manufactured by whipping 5-15 parts by weight of eggs and 15-25 parts by weight of bread crumbs; and a frying step of inputting the product having completed the batter covering step in an oil bath, and frying at 160-166°C for 3-5 minutes.</p> |
