PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power consumption.SOLUTION: A first circuit 110 performs radio communication with another radio communication device 101, and outputs first information indicating whether it is performing radio communication or not. A second circuit 120 includes a CPU 121 for executing a program for communication via the first circuit 110, controls a frequency of the CPU 121 based on the first information outputted from the first circuit 110, and outputs second information with which activation status of the CPU 121 can be determined. The first circuit 110 outputs the first information to the second circuit 120 if the CPU 121 is active, and does not output the first information to the second circuit 120 if the CPU 121 is inactive, based on the second information outputted from the second circuit 120. |
