PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input receiving device which can be safely operated even in driving without requiring an operator to gaze at an operation screen.SOLUTION: An input receiving device comprises: a display unit 12 that can display an operation screen; a touch panel 11 that is disposed on the display unit 12; a touch determination unit 101 that determines whether the touch panel 11 has been touched or not; a display control unit 102 that causes the display unit 12 to display the operation screen when it is determined to have been touched; and an input content determination unit 103 that, with a touch position when it is determined to have been touched as a base point, determines input content according to a movement direction of the touch position. |
