PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic excellent in spread, smooth touch feeling without stickiness and luster when applied.SOLUTION: There is provided a creamy or gel-formed cosmetic containing polysaccharides (A), and resin particles (C) composed of a water-absorbent resin obtained by aqueous solution polymerization of a (meth)acrylic acid (B1) and a crosslinking agent (B2) in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator (B3), wherein (C) is insoluble in water and (C) has an amount of water absorption to purified water of 300 to 1000 g/g and a volume average particle diameter of 1 to 50 μm. |
