PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device that suppresses a heat loss and is inexpensive.SOLUTION: A power supply control device 1 includes: a first FET 11 disposed in a conduction path to a load and having an overcurrent detection circuit 15; a second FET 21 connected in parallel with the first FET 11 and having no overcurrent detection circuit; and a control circuit 17 for controlling on/off both FETs 11, 21, individually. The control circuit 17 turns the first FET 11 on and at a delayed timing turns the second FET 21 on when starting power supply to the load, keeps both the first FET 11 and the second FET 21 on during power supply to the load, and turns the second FET 21 off and at a delayed timing turns the first FET 11 off when stopping power supply to the load, and furthermore sets a value of overcurrent determination by the overcurrent detection circuit 15 on the basis of a current division ratio of the two FETs 11, 21. |
