PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission measuring method and a light emission system which are capable of obtaining light emission intensity corresponding to an amount of the substance and performing quantitative measurement even in the case where a target substance exist in a biological sample by a specified value or more.SOLUTION: There is provided luciferase used in a light emission measuring method in which light emission from a biological sample is measured. The luciferase is derived from Yaeyama hotaria parvula firefly, created based on DNA containing a base sequence which consists of a particular sequence, and its a Km value is 364 μM or more. The luciferase is capable of reacting with ATP that exists in the biological sample. |
