PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogel patch composition for treating skin symptoms of a host without using skin medicine for local administration to skin symptoms such as atopic dermatitis.SOLUTION: There is provided a hydrogel patch composition which does not contain pharmaceutically active drug but contains (i) water-soluble polymer gel such as gelatine, starch and agar, (ii) water ranging from 20%(w/w) to 80%(w/w), (iii) water holding agent such as glycerine, sorbitol and propylene glycol, and (iv) crosslinking agent such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium aluminometasilicate, and exists on a support body. |
