<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector which improves wear resistance and a strength of a guide metal fitting for guiding fitting with an opposite-side connector.SOLUTION: A guide metal fitting 30 is formed by bending a metal plate member in a plate thickness direction, and the guide metal fitting 30 is mounted while making a plate surface opposite to a corresponding wall surface of a peripheral wall 13 of a housing 10. The guide metal fitting 30 comprises: mounted parts 31 which are mounted to mounting parts 14B formed at terminal sides of a pair of sidewalls; and a connection part 33 connecting the mounted parts. The mounted part 31 is substantially inverse-U-shaped, is mounted to the mounting part 14B of the sidewall so as to be spread from the upper side and includes a guide surface which forms a slope on a top face 31C. The connection part 33 is positioned along a receiving part side inner wall surface of a terminal wall or a bottom wall and guides connector fitting in slide-contact with an opposite-side connector on the guide surface of the mounted part.</p> |
