The purpose of the present invention is to provide a weather-resistant resin product which is formed in that an undercoat layer and a topcoat layer that comprises a silicon compound are laminated on the surface of a resin substrate made of polycarbonate. On the surface of the resin substrate (12) are formed, in order, an undercoat layer (14), which is formed from a mixture of a silane coupling agent having a reactive functional group and a hydrolyzable organic group and of a fluorine-containing resin having a reactive group that can bond with the reactive functional group of said silane coupling agent, and a topcoat layer (16) comprising a silicon compound, wherein the reactive functional group of the silane coupling agent is bonded with the reactive group of the fluorine-containing resin, and the hydrolyzable organic group of the silane coupling agent is bonded with the aforementioned silicon compound configuring the topcoat layer.
