PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object detection system capable of preventing erroneous setting by selecting only an arbitrary sensor unit of a plurality of sensor units with adjustment means of the same model, and capable of easily being handled and easily setting operational conditions for each of the sensor units.SOLUTION: An object detection system includes: a sensor unit 10 for detecting an object in a detection area A; and adjustment means (remote controller) 20 for bidirectionally communicating with the sensor unit. The adjustment means has: a transmission section 13 for transmitting a setting signal for setting an operational condition of the sensor unit to the sensor unit; an adjustment notification section 23 for receiving a completion signal of the operational condition setting from the sensor unit to notify the operational condition that is completed to be set; and an object selection section 25 for arbitrarily selecting an object sensor unit that is an object of the operational condition setting. |
