PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the deformation of a flexible substrate having a drive IC mounted thereon, the drive IC mounted on a TFT array substrate of a liquid crystal display device to reduce the force of the flexible substrate to deform the TFT array substrate; and dissipate the heat emitted from the IC mounted on the flexible substrate to prevent display unevenness.SOLUTION: A display device has a projection part 61 protruding opposite to a flexible substrate 5 and having a flat surface that is provided on a first frame 6 arranged on the outside of a flexible substrate 5 as a flexible substrate holding member, and is arranged opposite to a connection part 116 on which a first substrate 11 and the flexible substrate 5 are mounted. |
