PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge and discharge control circuit capable of detecting disengagement of an intermediate terminal without breaking balance of a battery voltage to shorten a life of a battery device and to provide the battery device.SOLUTION: The charge and discharge control circuit for controlling charging and discharging of a plurality of secondary batteries connected in series includes intermediate terminal disengagement detection circuits provided between positive electrode terminal and negative electrode terminal of each secondary battery that detects disengagement of each intermediate terminal with intermittently same currents. |
