PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique advantageous for allowing size reduction, higher resolution and higher efficiency of a spectroscopic apparatus.SOLUTION: A spectroscopic apparatus for spectrally separating light including a predetermined wavelength comprises: a slit 110 that the light enters; a first optical system 120 collimating light from the slit; a transmission type diffraction element 130 diffracting light from the first optical system; a first mirror reflecting light diffracted by the transmission type diffraction element; a second mirror reflecting light reflected by the first mirror and diffracted by the transmission type diffraction element.
