<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator ensuring a larger bending vibration, and to provide a piezoelectric vibration device and a portable terminal.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator 1 includes a laminate 4 of an internal electrode 2 and a piezoelectric layer 3, and a surface electrode 5 connected electrically with the internal electrode 2 on one principal surface of the laminate 4. The internal electrode 2 includes a first pole 21 and a second pole 22, the laminate 4 includes an active part 41 where the first pole 21 and second pole 22 of the internal electrode 2 are superposed in the lamination direction, and an inactive part 42 other than the active part 41. The active part 41 is thicker than the inactive part 42, and the other principal surface between the side faces of the laminate 4 is entirely flat.</p> |
