<p>The present invention relates to an overlapping peak separation apparatus capable of more simply and more rapidly separating overlapping peaks using an artificial nerve network, and an X-ray fluorescence analysis apparatus using the same. The overlapping peak separation apparatus comprises: an artificial nerve network including an input layer to which a signal spectrum including overlapping peaks is input, an output layer from which a peak detection value of the signal spectrum is output, and a hidden layer located between the input layer and the output layer, wherein the input layer and the hidden layer, and the hidden layer and the output layer are interconnected with a connection strength corresponding to the relationship between the overlapping peak and the peak detection value; and a learning unit for adjusting the connection strength such that an error rate of the output layer reaches a target error rate, while repeatedly inputting learning data into the artificial nerve network.</p> |
