The disclosed installation apparatus is the only one known to afford the user the choice of using one only or all three different fixing methods once the apparatus and the fittings are used they collectively make up the system of choice by the decorator this is achieved by introducing fittings with common design elements that allows them to be held in the installation apparatus, they include twist on clips, magnets, stick on fittings to act as holding fittings & either hooks or loops to be engaged as connecting fittings all able to be installed or removed using the same installation apparatus whose simple design has no protruding sharp edges or moving parts or attachments that may become loose or lost rendering it useless or causing injury.
