PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both reliable prevention of oozing and prevention of hardening of a falling-down area.SOLUTION: The underpants type disposable diaper is so formed that on the basis of a structure of interposing an oozing preventing waterproof resin film 64 between nonwoven fabric layers in solid gathers 60, the solid gathers 60 are extended to a waist side from a top opposite area 69 opposing to a top of swelling of an abdominal part, a falling-down area 67 on a front end is positioned at a crotch side from the top opposite area 69, and the falling-down area 67 is not provided by welding in the top opposite area 69 and the waist side therefrom. |
