PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solid pharmaceutical compositions and to provide processes for their production.SOLUTION: This invention provides novel solid pharmaceutical compositions and processes for the bulk production of the compositions. This invention also provides methods of using the pharmaceutical compositions in the treatment of cancer. The present invention provides methods for preparing the solid pharmaceutical compositions described in the specification. These methods offer an alternate approach for processing wet granulation-based formulations that require a buffer for bioavailability as compared to conventional methods. It has been determined that the order of addition of excipients during the granulation process affects the drug product's dissolution when stored for stability studies.
