PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve electric characteristics of a multilayer capacitor.SOLUTION: A dimension of a third terminal electrode 15 on a second main surface 10b in a length direction is larger than a dimension of a first and second terminal electrodes 13 and 14 on the second main surface 10b in a length direction. The first to the third terminal electrodes 13 to 15 each are provided over from one end to the other end in a width direction W of the second main surface 10b and have a thickest portion on the other side portion from a center portion in the width direction W, in which the thickest portion protrudes toward the center side of the length direction.
