<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-up display device that can improve visibility in virtual image display.SOLUTION: The head-up display device comprises: a liquid crystal display element 23 emitting display light L; a concave mirror 51 reflecting the display light L; and a housing 60 including a space part 63 housing the liquid crystal display element 23 and the concave mirror 51, and a translucent cover 65 through which the display light L reflected by the concave mirror 51 passes. A hot mirror 30 is arranged on an optical path of the display light L from the liquid crystal display element 23 to the concave mirror 51, the hot mirror which transmits the display light L therethrough and transmits therethrough a part of an infrared T irradiating the space part 63 through the translucent cover 65. Display is performed for a driver 14 by projecting the display light L emitted from the translucent cover 65 onto a windshield 13. The hot mirror 30 includes a first surface 31 that is positioned on a liquid crystal display element 23 side, and a second surface 32 that is positioned opposite to the liquid crystal display element 23 side and is non-parallel to the first surface.</p> |
