<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilized formulation comprising tranexamic acid or salt thereof and ibuprofen, and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A tablet comprises tranexamic acid or salt thereof, and ibuprofen. The present invention is also related to a tablet produced by a method comprising a step of granulating either or both of tranexamic acid or salt thereof and ibuprofen respectively, by wet granulation, dry granulation, spray granulation or melt granulation, and a production method of the tablet.</p> |
