<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having a flameproof property and achieving antistatic property and flame retardancy without degrading an appearance, transparency, mechanical properties and chemical properties which are inherent to an oriented polyester film.SOLUTION: A biaxially oriented polyester film is provided, which is a polyester film containing a phosphorus compound having an average molecular weight of 1170 or more and a white pigment; and the polyester film has a phosphorus content of 0.20 to 2.00 wt.%. In the film, a quotient (T/OD) of a film thickness T [μm] to an optical density OD measured by a Macbeth densitometer is 30 to 200; and a layer formed from a polyester resin composition containing an antistatic by 0.4 to 1.5 wt.% is present as at least one outermost layer.</p> |
